Matt Minaberry

I am picking up my Cadillac DTS in the morning. I am so excited! I do not know what color it will be. Check out the color options and let me know what color you think it will be. Tell you tomorrow.

Well I am on my way. The Cadillac DTS is Vanilla Latte. That is an off white. I have only driven a few miles so far, but this is going to be a great weekend. I'll keep you posted.

We drove to Tampa to watch the Ducks Beat the Lightning. It was a great game. The Ducks won in a shoot of 2 to 1. This car is one of the best riding cars I have ever driven. Thank you for the comments and keep them coming.

We went and saw the Phantom of the Opera in Orlando last night. I took My wife for our 4th anniversary. We had a great time. The show was very good. The ride over was smooth and comfortable. My family loves this car.

We went to my niece's birthday party yesterday. She turned 5 years old. She was so excited when she was opening her presents. Now it is back to work. I only get to drive the Cadillac for two more days. Bummer! Please keep the comments rolling in for our charity. Thank you to all who have written in.

Well this my last day with this Cadillac DTS. This car has everything. I have seen heated seats before but this car has three different temperatures of heat. It also has cooling seats. After about 3 to 5 minutes of having the cooling seats on it feels like you are sitting on a refrigerator. One of the features I like most about the Cadillac is the parking sensors in front and rear. Last night I was able to use the parking sensor in the front when it was raining and I felt comfortable with the distance between me and the vehicle that was taking up part of my space. Being 6'03" tall it is hard to find a vehicle that has enough leg room. I had more then enough leg room in the Cadillac DTS. I was even able to move the seat forward and still be comfortable. The most fun feature is the remote start. Besides people telling me that the like my car everywhere I go. It is neat to see their faces when the car starts with nobody in it. Most of all, it makes my driveway look nice.

Please get your last comments in. I have to return this Beautiful Cadillac in the morning and the clock stops. We want to be able to give to a charity. So everybody let me know what charity WE will be giving to.

  21. You are most deserving of the award and recognition, Matt. I cannot tell you how proud I am that you are my nephew. Grandpa Van Tronk was so happy you followed in his footsteps. I think he always knew it was right for you.

    Best of luck,

    Aunt Mary & Mik

(p.s. To the dealer: If Matt hits 100 blogs, can you sweeten the pot? It's for charity and would really be nice.)

  33. Congrats!Have a great time driving the Cadi. My mom has one and by far is the most comfortable car to drive around town and especially long trips. Enjoy and stay safe! Have a great weekend.

  34. Matt took his Mom "for a ride"! Nice car and smooth ride. I have to say that Matt seemed happy with the choice of a "cool seat" as well as "heated". It was a little unusual for me to get to sit in a car with him and no little pink and blue car seats were involved!
I am so proud - I guess you can tell.

    ReplyDelete
  35. I loved the ride over to Orland in the car, but the ride back was even better. The front seats have a cool seat feature. I think they must have shut the air conditioning off for the second half of the play, because it got really hot in there. When we got back to the car I turned on the cool seat button and it was AWESOME!!

  36. I think it is nice that Matt is allowed a new Cadillac for a week. It is a nice gesture to show this type of appreciation for a well deserving officer.

  37. When we went to Orlando the other day, we passed my parents on the way home and was honking and waving, of course they thought we were stalkers or something because they didn't recognize the car, LOL!! I had to call their cell phone to let them know it was us :)

anyone I know. It is a pleasure working with you, as it has been for these past years. I am very glad that Ritchey Cadillac has allowed you to sample a very fine product. As a fan of GM Performance products, I wish I could drive a new Caddy! But, I have the first cousin, Corvette, to run by the DTS, CTS models. Enjoy the ride, brother, you are a lucky guy! 55. The funniest part of having the car was pulling into the softball field and grabbing our gear out of the trunk of a Caddy. I tell ya this car has at least a three body trunk!! LOL Lots of space! We could have fit the whole team's gear in the back!

So good to hear you are enjoying the cadillac, very descriptive features. We could use those heated seats up here while staying in the mountains.
Now that you have driven the cadillac, any decision on trading the mini van for the cadillac? I remember seeing you in your first vehicle, I think they call it a bicycle.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Also we need more people like you out there protecting us. Good cause, as long as we know the money goes for a good cause that makes us feel good.
Continue to doo a great job, we are proud of you.

  73. Congratulations Matt, well deserved recognition. {You've grown alot since I first met you). Nice feeling to be driving such a nice car.

    ReplyDelete
  74. I don't think we will be trading in the minivan just yet. Although the Cadillac has lots of space in it, we still need the additional row of seats. Little Matt can't fit in the back seat between two car seats. Maybe the SUV Caddy though???? Lets give that some thought, :)

    ReplyDelete
  75. I just wanted to say one more time how proud I am of you Matt. I am glad we got this opportunity to ride in such a nice car. It was fun! Now lets just hope we win this for charity! Love you.
